We hope you love your SKYRA pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with hygiene stickers and tags attached.

To start a return, email us at helloskyra.tri@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll reply with your return approval and the return address.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. You can use Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, or any courier you prefer. Please keep your postage receipt until your refund has been processed.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your returned item. Exchanges are available if stock allows.
